It's understandable why the Avalanche warnings are so extreme here in the Rockies of BC in Canada. They urge folks not to ski or snowmobile alone in out of bounds area. As beautiful as it is, it can be very dangerous and some already have found the loss of family members...

Awesome, Michele! I am so glad you are getting out and about. I have a mountain sky, too, and on the day we did that hike there were lots of little snowballs coming down the slopes--precursors of possible slides. We went back by another way like the three kings.

These views of the Rockies, sky and clouds are awesome! Four-wheel drive is the only way to travel there. I learned PhotoShop by trying things and reading the hints. And there are many options that I have not yet tried.
