Christmas Goodies

Every Christmas we set up a little treats table a week before Christmas Day that lasts right up into the New Year. We had held this tradition for as long as we were married which would be almost 19 years now, come to think of it!
We buy treats such as nuts, and chocolates, chips, mints, candies, cookies, and whatever tempts the tummies and hubby loves to set it up. T
I'm not a sweets eater by no means and most of this is consumed by him and by people that drop in or taken to his job for his buddies. Believe me, we still have enough to fill this table 3 more times.
Now, I wasn't in the best of spirits to do it this year but he insisted the tradition could not be broken so ta-da.. here it is. A smaller version of our previous years but the tradition lives on.

I make the same with my wife.
We use only chocolate...
But it's never enough...
I'm a big chocolate eater:maybe for the serotoninergic effect...

How can one resist taking a little something everytime one passes the table? It would be impossible to resist.
