Foods To Help You Lose Weight!

Here is a list of foods that’ll help you lose some pounds!

* Figs. Whether you eat them fresh or dried, figs are brimming with more dietary fiber than any other common fruit and eating fiber helps curb your appetite. The American Dietetic Association says your body doesn’t burn or store the fiber in figs, so you feel fuller longer, tend to eat less, and the fiber passes through you.
* Vinaigrette dressing. Would you like to lose up to half a pound a week? Then start your meals with a salad tossed in vinaigrette! For every meal you do this, you’ll eat about 200 fewer calories. That’s because pre-meal doses of vinegar prevent hunger-inducing blood sugar spikes by over 80%!
* Hot sauce. When Canadian scientists gave volunteers appetizers spiked with hot sauce, the people ate 200 fewer calories than usual throughout the rest of the day. Why? Experts think it’s because the stuff that gives the sauce its fire – called capsaicin –temporarily raises levels of hormones that tame appetite.
*Peanuts. When people in a Perdue University study cut their daily fat intake by 500 calories – and replaced it with about 500 calories of lightly salted peanuts – they ate less throughout the day and boosted their resting metabolism by 11%. A boost in resting metabolism means you burn more fat without exercise! Why do they work? Because peanuts contain “good” fat and fiber, which’ll help you feel satisfied and full. So you don’t binge.

Fine, I am taking lightly salted peanuts, mixing them with figs and then covering them with vinegrette dressing and then dunking them in hot sauce. That's my new diet...and I'm sticking to it. lol Thanks for the info.

Yes take the peanuts and add the figs chopped mix and add some hot sauce try a habanero type with viniger as a base. then make small balls and coat in chocolate. The chocolate is also a healthy choice and helps with mood. I think I may try this. Have one before each meal 15-20 min before eating. Wow you wil totally change my life. Thanks
